Rubble Terrain using Wreck Markers Painted

Here are five patches of rubble terrain for Warmachine and Hordes. These are made with old Mk2 wreck markers which have not had an in game use for many years now, but they make a great 2.5D terrain option as you can remove the Warjack wrecks for easy model placement.

Here with a couple of characterful Warjacks for scale.

All of these pieces are completely interchangeable, so picking which wreck goes on which template is a nice way to add that narrative touch to the tabletop.

This Cryx bonejack was fun to paint. I matched the paint scheme I used for Gurglepox's ride and the Bonejack I painted for the IKRPG (I've included links if you want to have a look)

As you can imagine picking the scheme for the Cygnar Warjacks was a no brainer... I simply painted it like my own army then weather it!

For this Convergence heavy I replicated the colour scheme I've used on other Convergence models in the past like Destructotron and a couple of Convergence light Warjacks I painted for Nemo4 (I've since given these away to a friend. I normally would have photographed them and posted them on here but I was pretty low about the hobby this summer when I finished them)

I added a lot of wreckage and debris to the template area to make them recognisable as "rubble" terrain even with the wreck markers removed. I try to do this kind of thing every time I make 2.5D terrain to make it as easy to play as possible.

These were all really hard to photograph but there are loads of mechanical and warjack parts spread across each of the terrain templates.

I really like how smashed up this Cryx Slayer looks especially in my scheme.

This Mercenary Talon was fun to paint, as with all my Mercs I like to do random colours to reduce the uniformity of an organised army. I let members of my Discord pick the colour scheme for this one and its meant to represent the house colours of a Llaelese noble house linked to one of my IKRPG campaigns.

The Cygnar Ironclad was very easy to pick the colours for...

I've not posted many Menoth models but I have painted a wreck marker before. Though that time it was basing for Nemo4 you can see it here

The Convergence light was easy like I mentioned before. It was fun to add so much weathering to a similar mini that I had recently painted normally.

I've never painted an official Mercenary Nomad, the ones I have made before as private style ones using other Warjacks as the base chassis got converted again to become Toros once it became clear they would be way more worth using...
Again I let my Discord members pick the colour of this one and the yellow was a fun choice!

There is also doubles of the Cygnar Hunter, Ironclad and Convergence light. They are essentially identical.

With Warmachine being finished in my area I find myself sadly unlikely to ever use these... so I've give it some thought and have decided to put these up for sale. I don't know how much is fair to charge for them so will be trying to figure that out, however if you want one or more of these feel free to reach out to me via any of my socials.
I'd rather these actually see the table somewhere rather than sit in a box in my place forever unplayed.
